Founded in the early 2000’s, the Company’s original focus was to develop and lease gas stations and convenience stores to potential operators. ABCOM Capital’s investment in the Company has focused on growing additional land development sectors in addition to gas stations, including multifamily, retail, and office, to name a few.

Byron Subs 1, LLC (DBA ABCOM Foods) is a local operator of national restaurant brands and internally developed food service concepts. These brands range from quick service restaurants (QSRs) to take out only concepts. ABCOM Capital’s investment in the Company has focused on growing and developing brands which can be easily scaled with minimal labor and overhead.
